Michael G. Kelly
Shareholder and DirectorMichael G. Kelly is a board certified business bankruptcy attorney who practices primarily
in bankruptcy and commercial law. For more than thirty years he has actively represented most of the players to be found in bankruptcy cases - trustees, official committees, and secured and unsecured creditors, including banks, factors, credit unions, and trade creditors. Mike is board certified in business bankruptcy law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. Mike is a member is the business and bankruptcy law sections of the State Bar of Texas and served on the council of the bankruptcy section from 2009 through 2012. Mike has been selected as a Texas Super Lawyer in business bankruptcy law from 2009 through 2012 and 2014 through 2022. Darrell Corzine
Shareholder and DirectorDarrell W. Corzine is one of the firm's shareholders and directs his practice in matters of civil litigation with an emphasis on business litigation and insurance defense. He has been the lead trial attorney in numerous lawsuits in the Permian Basin and represents both plaintiffs and defendants in trials and arbitrations. He also has experience in business transaction law, maintaining a large business clientele which complements his litigation practice. Darrell is licensed to practice in both Texas and New Mexico state and federal courts. He is a past President of the Ector County Bar Association, and is a member of the Texas Association of Defense Counsel (TADC) and Defense Research Institute (DRI). Darrell is active in his church and currently serves on the Board of Directors for Complex Community Federal Credit Union, the Board of Advisors for Midland Classical Academy, and acts as a judge for the local "Teen Court" program. He and his wife, Cherie, are happily married and have five children.

Shareholder and DirectorDenis Dennis Practices in the areas of Trial and Appellate Law. He has been board certified in Civil Appellate Law since 1998. His practice includes trial work in both Texas and New Mexico. He is licensed in the Northern, Western, and Southern District Courts of Texas, as well as the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court. He has been licensed in the State of New Mexico since 2006. His trial and appellate practice emphasizes insurance defense, employment, and defense of public entities.
Mr. Dennis has an undergraduate degree from Texas Tech in Petroleum Land Management. He graduated from Texas Tech School of Law in 1990. Mr. Dennis has been practicing with the Kelly, Morgan, Denis, Corzine & Hansen firm and its predecessor since 1990. He is married to Tatiana Denis, who is also a lawyer that practices immigration law. He is active in local civic organizations, including the Permian Basin Rehabilitation Center and the United Way of Odessa. He is also active in the First Assembly of God church.

Benjamin Petty
Shareholder and DirectorBenjamin Petty practices in the areas of business litigation, insurance defense, representation of public entities, real estate litigation, labor/employment law, estate planning, probates, and general practice. He is licensed in state and federal courts in Texas. Before entering the practice of law, Ben obtained undergraduate and graduate degrees in music theory and voice. In his spare time, Ben enjoys studying, playing, and writing classical music. He and his wife moved to the Permian Basin in 2018.
